“We had to download, edit, and send PDF contracts back and forth, which not only took time but also created room for delays and version confusion,” explains Daryl Evasco, Conferencing & Events. “Our response time to clients wasn’t as fast as we wanted it to be, especially when juggling multiple enquiries. It sometimes felt like we were spending more time on admin than actually connecting with our clients.”

Today, the team is able to send a proposal in less than one minute in most cases, a significant shift from their previous manual process.
In addition, the team has started using features such as background video within their proposals, helping them create a more visual and engaging experience that better reflects the quality of their venue.
