Yes, you can edit the proposal, which creates a new version of the proposal. Any edit that you do in Proposals will update the Block in OPERA Cloud.

Yes. You are able to override pricing for accommodation and function spaces directly in Proposales. This also works with Proposales popular discounting feature that can showcase an original price and what price you are offering the client (this is the price that will be sent to OPERA Cloud).

Yes, we have full support for Rate Code Packages, e.g. if it's "Included in Rate", "Add To Rate - Separate Line", "Add To Rate - Combined Line" and what rhythm. It doesn't matter if you are using default Packages, adding them via a rate code, or adding manually.

If a proposal gets rejected or withdrawn, the tentative inventory will instantly be released and set to "LOS" (with reject reason added automatically).

This makes sure that you get the correct Lost Reason in place before the Block cannot longer be updated.

Proposales understand the configuration in OPERA Cloud, and will allow you to work with any status, as long as it is an allowed initial status in OPERA Cloud. The majority of our customers allow either "INQ" or "TEN" as initial statuses.

When you collect the electronic signature and the proposal turns into a legally binding contract, the Block status will automatically be updated in OPERA Cloud. We recommend definite status (usually "DEF") no matter what starting status it had. This way you can be certain about that that the process is streamlined after the signature has been collected — no matter what the initial status was.

Yes. Based on the language of the proposal, Proposales will pull the different translations you have in OPERA Cloud.

When importing room types, function spaces and catering packages into Proposales, you can easily add as many languages as you want for each product via Content Management.
