Elite Hotels of Sweden have selected Proposales, the leading RFP & proposal software for hotels, as its provider for all of their hotels. With over 40 hotels and venues across Sweden, they are one of the leading hotel operators in the region.

Elite Hotels aims to have Sweden's most classic hotels in the country's larger cities. Their new concepts Ad Astra by Elite, The Wood Hotel by Elite and Vana Spa have been executed with the same sense of tradition, quality and flair as the rest of the hotel chain.

We want to improve and streamline the way we sell conferences. Our ultimate goal, and reason for using Proposales, is to increase our revenue from MICE & groups and have more satisfied conference guests

As part of their commitment to offering the best booking experience for meetings to their guests, Elite Hotels has chosen to implement both Proposales and Proposales' Inbox Widget. This will enable Elite Hotels to streamline their booking processes and exceed the guest’s expectations with modern and interactive proposals.

Using Proposales, Elite Hotels, will collect requests on their website with the Inbox Widget to enable to sales team to respond quickly. With its user-friendly interface and advanced features, the Inbox Widget is the perfect solution for hotels that want to improve their booking processes and create more personalized proposals directly from their website.
