Connectivity with OPERA Cloud PMS and OPERA Sales and Event Management (OSEM). Respond to RFPs faster than ever, and make sure that inventory is blocked automatically.
The integration between Proposales and OPERA Cloud is the best of both worlds. The booking information and inventory from your PMS, enhanced in a modern proposal format powered by Proposales.
Generate beautifully looking and mobile-friendly proposals using the booking data in OPERA Cloud. All accommodation and function space inventory in OPERA Sales and Event Management (OSEM) is now available within Proposales.
When sending the proposal, a tentative block is created in your OPERA system. When the proposal is e-signed the block in OPERA Sales and Event Management (OSEM) will automatically be set to ‘DEF’ (“definite booking”). If a proposal gets rejected or expires, the tentative inventory will instantly be released.
Imagine being able to respond to a Group/MICE request with a compelling proposal in a few clicks while blocking inventory in your PMS automatically, creating a faster workflow for your sales team, and a modern buying experience for the guest
Enabling increased efficiency
The two-way integration with OPERA Cloud brings numerous benefits for hotels and meeting venues. It allows for inventory data to flow both ways between the PMS and the proposal tool. This creates new opportunities for more increased efficiency and streamlined operations. Apart from saving time and eliminating the risk of human error, this increases a hotel’s potential to win more deals by responding quicker.
