The Block Status is automatically updated when the e-signature has been collected on the contract—and a PDF copy will be uploaded to the Block.

Can I add Catering Packages?

Any Catering Package (e.g. DDR package) created in OSEM can be seamlessly included in your proposals, and we do offer the possibility to assign space for events without designated space.

Can I edit a proposal after it has been sent?

Yes, you can edit the proposal which creates a new version of the proposal. Any edit that you do in Proposals will update the Block in OPERA Cloud.

Can clients accept proposals online?

Yes—buyers can accept online, and you can use e-signatures to confirm the deal faster.

Can I set/override the pricing from within Proposales?

You are able to override pricing for accommodation and function spaces directly in Proposales. This also works with Proposales popular discounting feature that can showcase an original price and what price you are offering the client (this is the price that will be sent to OPERA Cloud).

Can I fetch the pricing from OPERA Cloud?

Yes, the pricing will automatically default to the pricing from OPERA Cloud based on the selected Rate Code and Occupancy.

Do you support Packages?

Yes, we have full support for Rate Code Packages, e.g. if it's "Included in Rate", "Add To Rate - Separate Line", "Add To Rate - Combined Line" and what rhythm. It doesn't matter if you are using default Packages, adding them via a rate code, or adding manually.
