If you represent a legal entity you ensure and are responsible for making your physical representatives, employees etc. aware of the contents stated herein.

“desktop application” means the desktop application available for downloading on the website.

It is the Company that is the controller of the personal data provided to us and is thereby responsible for making sure your personal data is processed in accordance with Swedish and EU legislation. In general, it means that the Company decides the purpose and manner of the processing of your personal data and is responsible for its own and our processing of your personal data. We provide the Service to the Company, and therefore collect and process your personal data for your Company’s purposes, in accordance with the Company’s instructions and on the Company’s behalf. 5. Erasing and editing your personal data

5.2 You may at any time chose to not receive e-mails from us. You may do so by clicking the unsubscribe button in your e-mail or by opt-out from receiving e-mail in your user account.

6. Some things you need to know

6.1 You have the right to, once (1) per calendar year, request details about what personal data that is processed by us on behalf of the Company, the source of the personal data and the identity of parties to whom the personal data has been provided. Such a request shall be put in written form to the Company, being the personal data controller of your personal data.

6.2 Regarding such processing of personal data that requires your consent, you can at any time revoke the consent to use your data that you provided upon your registration. In addition, you can request rectification, erasure or blocking at any time of any personal data that is inaccurate. Revocation and the request for rectification shall be made to the Company.

7. Security

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. All personal data provided to us is stored on secure servers within the EU/EEA. Unfortunately, the transmission of any information via the internet and mobile networks is not entirely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of the personal data transmitted to the Service. Any transmission is at your own risk.
