Automatically create/update Opportunities and data in Salesforce when a proposal is sent, accepted or rejected.
Overview
The connectivity with Salesforce can be combined with PMS/EMS connectivity, and Proposales will to keep all systems up-to-date with all relevant data — including all important external IDs, e.g. Opportunity ID (Salesforce) and Booking ID (PMS).
Proposales' Salesforce app is a private Salesforce app and is not listed in the Salesforce AppExchange. Configurations available under our Enterprise plan.
How it works
Create proposal (starting in Proposales)
✓ Select a proposal template in Proposales, and search among your Salesforce contacts/accounts to quickly add a recipients (will be attached to the new Opportunity)
Create proposal (starting in Salesforce)
✓ Select proposal template directly from the Opportunity view in Salesforce to begin creating a new proposal (recipient automatically set from the Opportunity)
Send proposal
✓ Automatically creates/updates the Opportunity in Salesforce (with total amount, currency etc.)
✓ Automatically connect the deal to the sales agent that sent the proposal
✓ Automatically creates a link to the Salesforce deal from Proposales
Update proposal (new version)
✓ Automatically update the total deal value
✓ Automatically update the status/stage of the deal (optional)
Accepted/Rejected/Expired proposal
✓ Automatically update the status/stage of the deal
Configuration
Each Proposales user is connected to their personal user in Salesforce.

Connect accounts by visiting: 'Settings' > 'Connect' > 'Salesforce'
