Sofitel London St James is a five-star hotel located in a prime West End location. The Sofitel brand is part of Accor and the London St James location is one of their flagship hotels.

Traditional British design mixes with modern French elegance across the 183 bedrooms that come suitably well equipped for business and leisure guests alike. The hotel features an all-day dining restaurant, Wild Honey St James, with a private dining room for up to 16 guests, the St James Bar, and a cosy Rose Lounge ideal for afternoon tea. With 12 versatile function spaces and an award-winning luxury spa, Sofitel London St James is the perfect destination in the heart of London.

Why was a solution needed?

At the end of 2021, requests for proposals for Sofitel London St James were already returning to 2019 levels. However, due to the pandemic and it’s common challenges of the hospitality industry, the team was smaller than before. This prompted Sofitel London St James to look for different ways to increase efficiency and conversion while still maintaining a high luxurious level of service that their guests are used to.

It was important to continue to reply to requests quickly but to also ensure great design and a pristine look across templates. The timing was crucial for the team to know how to modernise their selling process, keep attracting clients, and how to help the team work more efficiently.

How did Proposales help?

After being introduced to Proposales, Sofitel London St James decided to innovate their proposal process by implementing the tool within their sales process. They liked that they could work faster with digital proposal templates which they could further personalise to quickly send to their guests.
